Review on Crua Outdoors Core: Top-Rated 6 Person All Weather Family Camping Tent with Air-Beam Frame - Effortless Set Up & Superior Quality by Joseph Whiteman

Setting up a tent Envy among friends

When buying outdoor equipment, I like to look for cheap products. Before buying the Cura Core, the Eureka Cascade was my big tent. Sure it's a much more expensive tent than something like the Cascade, but the quality, design and thought that went into the Core resulted in a quality product. In late September I took a 4 day trip north of Mammoth Lakes to test the Core. A buddy of mine has a Coleman 5 person do-it-yourself tent and I put a Core in front of him. I'm glad he has no mechanical abilities. 😳 He envied the tent! What I liked about the Core is how easy it is to build and break down. Ventilation was excellent and even in my mid 20's the core kept warm in the early mornings. The flash quality and technique is excellent. Lightweight rails and the only curved entrance zip is an internal mosquito net. The flash moves smoothly along the radius. Who likes fighting to unzip. My friends asked how much the core cost and after telling them they just nodded, they say a good buy. I agree. I look forward to a trip where the lobby faces a bubbling creek or a tranquil lake.

Pros
  • Outdoor recreation
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for seniors
