One of the best toasters you can buy on the market. The pan that comes with it is the most non-stick pan I've ever seen, and the same goes for the pizza tray. It would have been nice to include two grates, but we had an older version of this oven and the grate was the same size. I'm not sure how well convection works in this oven any better than the regular bake setting, but it's a nice feature for even cooking when it works. The last thing to say is that the controls take a while to get used to, but once you do and read the included booklet, it works great.
