Good buy for the right ecosystem

I am using this cable for a 27 inch ultra wide monitor. I bought this cable because of the length to cost ratio. The quality is good, durable but flexible. No signal problem. However, for my use case like a third display, Displayport to Displayport would be the best option. I encourage other WFH users to avoid mixing and matching monitors and cables whenever possible. Different devices display different resolutions I might. I can't get this to display Super HD or 2K if I had a displayport for a displayport connected to another display.
