Loud stuff inside, couldn't get used to it.
Two different thermostats ordered at the same time. This one didn't work because the loud rustle of its heat-reflective material startles my dog when he steps on it. I kept it because I thought she would get used to it but it's been two months and she only uses the other one she likes and this one still scares her. Other less anxious dogs could handle it but the noise actually bothers even me so I really had to bring it back right away.
