Thank goodness I already had a wall adapter and it was my accordion that needed replacing. This package states that you will receive the chord along with the adapter, but the package is a small sealed bag that only contains the chord and NOT the adapter so you don't get what you paid for. Well after I hooked it up to an adapter I already have this chord works fine but as this ad is false advertising the bad customer service is as the amount you charge is a bit high just for the chord . Fix the package or make sure you send exactly what is advertised
