After just one use of the stand, 2 wires came loose and stuck out! The?! This is a serious hazard and very dangerous! One of the side screws was very loose and also came loose. It can easily scratch the countertop. Opening and closing does not work smoothly. It requires some musculature and maneuvering to get it in place or to fold it. It's also easy to lose the "brackets" you have to snap in to keep the rack at the right height. In summary, I want it to work, but it looks like a failed product. i will return it
