Review on πŸ‘“ Essential Living: Performance Blue Light Blocking Glasses with Travel Case - Blocks up to 97% of Blue Light for Work and Gaming - Acetate Frame and Resin Lens by Eric Render

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Blocks 95% of blue light in the 380-475nm range. 455nm is a dangerous peak and blocks it too.

This is the only pair of blue blockers on Revain that actually advertise their lab results. Whether or not these results are accurate is another story, but assuming they're accurate, they're the only blue light blockers on Revain that actually block 95% of the blue light danger zone (425-475nm). The competition is not coming. * Top 4 clear blue blockers on Revain * Here are some comparisons I made with Revain blue blocking lenses, which are NOT all orange or red lenses, and the corresponding amount of blue light in the nanometer range. Blocked, in order from largest to smallest: Essential Living - blocked 95% between 380 and 475 nm on the map. Blocks 95% in the 380-500nm range based on lab testing. J+S HD - blocks 62% in the range of 400-450nm. J+S LCD - blocks 52% in the range of 400-450nm. Umizato - blocks 30% in the range of 400-470nm. Competing brands were not even close, so they are not on the list. So, in terms of nanometers, Essential Living is the best. In case you're wondering, they're not too orange at all! They have a very slight orange and yellowish tint which tells me the lab results are probably correct because how else can you block 95% between 380-500nm and have no tint? Don't get me wrong, they don't look crisp by any means, but they're definitely not super orange or red like 100% blue blockers. My only concern is that they look a little unreliable. Some reviewers wrote that the hinges break easily. They claim to be durable but I don't know.
