Our rear air duct stopped blowing at every adjustment. I discovered my old part was defective when one of the connectors on it blew out. Access is gained by removing the rear panel on the passenger side, I have circled it in green in the photo. Three wire connectors and two small screws (use a 5.5mm head) and our air is fully functional again. Chevy uses different versions in its vehicles, even from the same year and model, so it's important to identify your part before ordering. I am happy with AC Delco parts for our Suburban.
