I haven't found any serious flaws with this product yet. Maybe it's because I haven't used this product much, but I'll say a few negatives first. There is a scratch that removed some of the letters on the product ("function" became "function", half of the "ion" was removed by a scratch). I was not happy to find this scratch as this was my first personal impression of this product. However, I thought that it doesn't matter if the product is ok.2. It would be better if I could read the temperature or at least some green or red lights so I know when it's reaching the right temperature. When I first used it I wasn't sure if the machine was working or not so I had to peek inside with my hands a few times. Good things 1. Size I was looking for a not very big yoghurt maker because my kitchen and fridge are small. It may be too small for a family, but it's perfect for a single family. I made yogurt with 900ml milk and I could eat yogurt 4-5 times, that's enough for me for a week. If you eat a lot of yogurt, this product can also be small.2. Ingredients I'm more interested in making Greek yogurt, which requires an additional product besides the yogurt maker. I've looked at so many different products and found that if I buy a greek yogurt (?) container (to remove the whey) and a yogurt maker, it can easily cost over $100. One of the main reasons I bought this product was that it has everything you need and it was affordable!
