Review on Thunderpod by Demetrius Patsion

The dashboard makes it easy for us as HR managers/recruiters or admins with little tech experience (like myself) who have never used any chatbot software before! It's like having another human being in your team helping you out every time I need something answered from my chats - which was almost daily during our beta testing period!! There are some bugs that we still haven't been able solve since launch but overall everything else has just worked so well already after only 2 weeks. We've had great success using this product both internally at work where employees can use their own devices AND externally through social media platforms such FB Messenger etc.,.
