4.5 β The only downside to these collars is the chiming and the very poor quality bells. The noise startled the cats and I took them off and threw them away. (My cats love bells, but they're awful.) The collars themselves are made of high-quality flannel. The breakaway buckle is shaped like a cat's head and holds well, but releases with little effort (like getting caught on something).
