These work great! on CCTV gear
I installed 4 security cameras a long way from the DVR and my duct wasn't big enough to run 4 separate RG59 Siamese cables through it so I ran a CAT6 and put them together used with a 12 volt power cord. A few months later they are working great. All cameras are at least 1080P and one of them is a 5MP camera and all have great pictures through these baluns.
