Very strange. When I turn on my home laptop while the switch is on, everything works fine. But once I switch to my work laptop, I can never switch the monitor back to my home laptop. Switching to my work laptop works every time but never to my home laptop. Keyboard and mouse switch normally in both directions. I thought something was wrong with my home laptop even though it's less than a year old, but before that I had an IOGEAR switch that worked fine with both PCs. The reason I changed the switch was permissions issues as the existing switch was outdated. I just bought a 2 port HDMI switch from IOGEAR and it switches back and forth with no issues. Otherwise, for this switch, the picture quality on the monitor is normal and everything else works fine.
