I can't use them: Oral Care

I'm afraid they'll put more holes in my teeth than I already have! Instead of a flat surface for your teeth to slide on, these spikes, at least in the case of my teeth, can poke extra holes in my molars and put uneven pressure on them. The flat type works well for me. I have a small mouth and I like the small size. This is so scary. I put it in my mouth and immediately knew where they hit my teeth, put all that pressure on just a couple of teeth and probably broke them, ugh. I definitely need a flat surface to spread the force more evenly across all my teeth because I'm rubbing hard!
