Elf and baby approved

Tinsel our elf swings her new skirts around our house. Obviously she feels rude in it and plays all kinds of pranks in our house. Our male elf, Chippy, gave one to Barbie and didn't like it. They're so cute Tinsel doesn't want to share them.
