I have bought this item twice since I bought it about 7 months ago. The frames are incredibly light and the colors are great. I'm amazed that so many people took notice of frames and thought they looked great (I've never been praised for anything like this!). However, what keeps me coming back is the service. Last summer when one of the props fell out on the beach after my grandnephew accidentally sat on it. I bought a "screw set" at the supermarket but I couldn't get the screw all the way in. I contacted Optix 55 thinking they would just send me a small package of screws! The woman I spoke to said she would take care of it. Within 5 days I received a new pack of 3 reading glasses!
