Maru/White (I usually wear an 8.5 in most shoes and a 9 in sneakers) - although I don't have wide feet I have bursitis ( thanks, genetics), so I usually need a slightly roomier sock - ie. my toes need a W width and the rest of my foot a M width - I go to the gym 2-4 times a week, usually on an elliptical or stationary bike and with weights (I hate running for running's sake) and only have these shoes worn to the gym for the first 10 months (I've had them for 13 months now) - I usually walk the dog 4-6 times a day for 15-20 minutes. BENEFITS: very comfortable, soft memory foam lining; easy to slip; bright; malleable; easy-to-clean sole (no unreachable creases); ideal for daily chores/errands, walking the dog and car rides; does not rub the ankle, heel or upper part of the foot; soft fabric; beautiful (I get compliments on it all the time!) CONS: Toe box is a bit small for me (my 4th and pinky fingers are a little flattened); not so well suited for indoor fitness workouts. Overall, these are comfortable, lightweight shoes that are a steal for the price (I bought mine for just under $40); would recommend if you are looking for a shoe for walking, light training or running/casual activities (not necessarily recommended for running or serious exercise).
