Unfortunately I opened it and tried to use it after the return deadline, otherwise I would have taken it back. The bobbin will not thread and you cannot remove the bottom plate to correct the timing. I had a more experienced sewer to check this out. She couldn't even figure out how to connect the upper and lower threads together because they were so far apart. What a disappointment and waste of money and time!
