Overall a good product with good intentions. The sound quality is very good for work. Shirt collar constantly generating background noise. I got around this by bending the cable up and snapping it onto the headset's plastic leg, which fixed the problem. However, the cable is short so it doesn't fully reach the laptop. I expected after that. In addition, the volume control is too close to the face, if the cable is bent upwards, the volume control becomes difficult to reach. The arm of the microphone is also a bit short and difficult to move due to the very strong friction between the hand and the headset. In my opinion, the product lacks usability, otherwise it is technically very good.
