Review on NetOmni by James Lesley

I like that this integrates nicely into our existing console management platform (CMP). It allows us to use one tool for both CMP as well as NetOmni.NetOmni has been very easy to learn and implement in our environment. The reporting functionality does not have nearly enough options available. We would love more reports to be able to view across multiple locations as opposed to just 1 location. It also needs some customization such as giving user permissions or making it easier to add additional users. This product enables us to manage all of our networks from a central location rather than having many different people looking at their own individual systems.The ability to see everything together in one place makes troubleshooting issues much faster since there's less time spent searching through each system. Having an integrated solution helps ensure consistency throughout the various departments.This way everyone can collaborate on finding solutions instead of trying to remember what they did last week when solving problems.
