Great but. - Accessories and Consumables

So I bought these so I can run our cable through the wall without bending the wire. Unfortunately it didn't work. The connection from the socket to the cable was ready, so we had no internet. Once I took it off and plugged the cord straight into the connector, everything worked fine, I was definitely upset about that.
