Review on PROGOAL by Tony Buckley

Unfortunately, I recently had a very negative encounter with PROGOAL. I didn't find their staff to be useful or responsive despite their claims of having excellent customer service. When I emailed them with queries about their products, I didn't hear back for several days, and even then, the responses were imprecise and useless. Inquiries made me feel as though I was bothering the team rather than getting the information I needed to make an educated decision. Additionally, I thought PROGOAL's product assortment was lacking and that their prices were higher than those of their rivals for comparable goods. I was dissatisfied with the limited selection and high prices, which made me wonder why I should keep doing my buying there. Finally, I would not advise other internet shoppers to purchase PROGOAL. They are a less appealing option than their rivals due to their poor customer service and small product assortment. I advise going elsewhere if you're looking for an online retailer that genuinely values its customers and provides a large selection of reasonably priced products.
