I woke up at 7am today and drank this. Went to the gym, kissed a kid in the parking lot on the way, slapped the receptionist on the butt, then continued the kettlebell war like I was on the Eastern Front during Operation Barbarossa. It does the job. If you're looking for a pre-workout that will make you work harder, this is it. If you're looking for something tasty, go to your local bar, order an Apple Martini and stop leaving reviews on this product. It doesn't taste bad at all. I have a fondness for grapes.
