I'm glad I waited to write my review. I thought it would be the perfect solution for my iPad when taking online courses with my laptop, although I've only had this item since late May 2020, the lever mount on one side started breaking off. It's strong but maybe too rigid. I thought of that as I tried to take it apart to get my iPad out. I still have one side of the bracket but it can't be rotated. It should now sit below with a bracket to hold my iPad. It's frustrating when I spend money on a product that doesn't even last 1 year. I will not buy it again but find a similar product less harsh.
