I have been working with cavantics for over 3 years now, they are helpful to understand our employee's profile so we can make better decisions in terms of their leadership development as well retention plans within my team/department. It was hard at first because i am not familiarized about how this works but when you get used it becomes easy! The only thing which could be improved would definitely be more training sessions offered by them during onboarding process or even after going live since there were some issues while integrating into Salesforce initially (they helped us resolve those). Their customer support has always stood out above other providers especially if your looking from India perspective where most people don't trust Indian companies due lack experiences etc.,.
