I needed something to cold a cooler type insulated duffle bag in place on top of my larger hard shelled luggage on wheels. I initially attempted to just secure the duffle bag on top and wrap the shoulder strap around the handle, and it was shifting its weight too much and eventually would fall to the side and was very heavy to lift when it was only partially attached by the shoulder strap. This small bungee cord attaches to the bag in such a way where it keeps the bag on top securely and prevents the bag from shifting its weight. It’s a simple design but one that holds useful for me when I’m traveling a line and have heavy bags.
