I'm not writing this review because I have a free sample (as I've noticed some Vine reviews on here). I bought this with my hard earned money to see if it would help with some hard to clean stains. I do not regret the purchase! The best thing he did was clean up my messy grout in the kitchen. It comes with a very strong brush head for grout cleaning. It worked so well and cleared the solution like new. I've also used it for dusting (in steam/water safe areas), cleaning windows (steam spray and cloth wiper), and disinfecting. It has a very good print that really cleans! I'd say if you use it for a long time it's a bit heavy, but I can't help it. Also, if you want to fill it, let it sit for about 5 minutes (or unscrew the lid very gently with a towel, but don't burn yourself). In general I like it!
