I bought this phone on April 4th, 2021. I liked the quick and easy setup, found the color a little heavier than expected, but I liked the wide screen. Great for watching movies. However, the phone overheats when using the zoom. As you know, we're working even more online now, so all my meetings are on Zoom. When I'm in the 30th minute of a meeting, I get a message that Zoom is overheating my phone and needs to be turned off. This has happened 4 times already. At first I thought maybe it was an accident or some kind of glitch, but this morning, in the middle of a very important meeting, I got kicked out after 35 minutes for overheating. There is also an issue with the fingerprint reader when the phone has a screen protector. I expected this based on previous customer comments, but certainly not an overheating issue that actually causes crashes. The battery life isn't that great either. I will request a refund.
