Jarringly loud on/off notification
I received a used item and I am just not a fan of that at all. When you turn it on the notification is jarring and there is no way to lower the volume on that. The remote works if you are pointing directly at the plate and are less than a foot or two away. You can only increase the vibration once it is active and only on 1 of the 5 vibration patterns. Vibration is good and it has improved balance significantly.
