This will make the best coffee you will ever taste

The cold brew method will make the best coffee you will ever taste. And this pan is exactly what you need! Instead of quickly pouring hot water over dick, the cold bree method slowly sinks the dick into cold water. This results in a smoother and less bitter coffee extraction. This also creates concentrated coffee. Okay, this kettle itself: glass and hard plastic. The pot itself is made of glass, while the handle, lid and filter are made of hard and durable plastic. This is NOT a cheap and flimsy pot. You won't get plastic-tasting coffee. BUT: Be careful with the pot! this is glass Don't hit them on marble or granite! The filter is a SUPER fine mesh. It looks like it's solid, but it's not. Fully reusable and easy to clean. Well, as other reviewers have pointed out, the instructions are in Japanese. but they contain helpful pictograms meant to explain things. If not, here is a summary: Message: Warning. This is a glass coffee pot. Don't bump. Do not expose to direct flame or heat. Do not expose it to extreme temperatures. Do not use metal utensils with this pan. Do not use if pot is cracked or damaged. Do not pierce or puncture the filter or filter assembly. Cleaning: Hand wash only. Use only soft sponges and cool, soapy water. Use only mild liquid detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or washcloths. NOT suitable for washing in the dishwasher. Before first use: Hand wash pot and all ingredients in cool, soapy water. Rinse well and let air dry. Prepare coffee: Before you start: Use slightly coarsely ground coffee in the Hario Cold Brew System. (Not quite a "French Press". Too coarse. With the "Automatic Drip Grinder" you are on the safe side.) - Tip: Use your favorite coffee. You will be surprised how much tastier it is! 1. Fill the Hario Glass Teapot with cool quality water up to the 800ml mark. Remember that coffee is 99% water. Using bad-tasting water will make the coffee taste bad.2. Fill the filter unit with ground coffee so that the filter mesh is completely covered. (Instructions say 80g but make sure you can't see the mesh when looking through the filter and you're done)3. Place the filter unit in the glass pot.4. Pour water over the coffee grounds until the glass jar is completely full and the coffee grounds are damp. - Optional: Stir the coffee grounds with a plastic straw or chopsticks. (I never bother because I can puncture the filter screen) 5. Place the pot lid on the pot. It will fall into place.6. Leave the pot alone! You can keep it on your kitchen counter for up to 12 hours. If you want a stronger infusion, place the pot in the fridge and let it steep for up to 24 hours. (I go 12 hours on the counter. No more than 75 degrees Fahrenheit, really. So, on hot nights, put it in the fridge)7. Remove the filter and enjoy your coffee concentrate! For hot coffee, I mix 1 part coffee concentrate with 1 part boiling water. For iced coffee, I fill a glass with ice and mix 2 parts coffee concentrate with 1 part milk. I recommend storing your cold drink in a resealable glass container in the fridge. I use an old French milk bottle with a rubber seal. Your cold drink will keep in the fridge for up to a week. but it won't last that long. Believe me. Yes, this brewing method uses more coffee than traditional brewing, but: you get a concentrate (so it goes further than you think) and you get a much better taste. I don't need my automatic drip irrigation. no more french press coffee maker. If I want the coffee to be hot, I put the concentrate and water in an old Pyrex pot on the stove and heat it almost to the boil. (No special coffee needed. Just an automatic drip grind!) I'm very happy with my Hario!
