Cool stuff! Twisting water nipples usually causes leaks (sort of/so she said) so this device doesn't let you touch the nipples at all when changing faucets (StS again!). All you have to do is turn it off on your phone and then drain the water from the bottom faucet and you're good to go. It should be clarified that in order to work with Alexa, you need to buy a hub worth more than $200. Instead I use Smartthings. After weeks of trying to get Alexa to recognize it, I gave up. Aggravating! This item is expensive but worth it. Even my plumber is impressed. By the way, he installed it. I couldn't - call a plumber!
