Light and crispy results
I've been baking sourdough bread for a long time and I can't seem to get the right consistency. This pan allows me to make a fairly moist batter that holds its shape and bakes evenly with that crispy crust we all crave.
Pros
- Ideal for preparing baguettes from fresh French dough or for reheating pre-cooked baguettes. Nothing compares to the smell of freshly baked bread.
