Worked great for my project - horseshoes in camp at night! I tried glow paint but just to cover the shoes it took too much. The light strip was very easy to attach, although I had to readjust it. It was easy to remove and redo. Once in the right position, I pressed on it to make sure it stayed in place, and voila! It gets dark at 4:30 in Las Vegas in the winter, so now we can walk around the camp in our shoes until it's quiet. We had a lot left over so we used it for other things like our back gate so we could see better when we came back from a walk at the end of the day. Green glows better at night than blue, but both work well. They glowed even brighter after several hours in the sun and thanks to the two colors it was easy to see whose shoe was in the ring.
