Fits well. Very convenient; feel tight at first, but I hardly notice they're on once I start moving. Luckily I haven't tested the impact performance yet but I'm sure they will avoid rashes and road/dirt/wood scratches. To update. Unfortunately I had the opportunity to test the impact resistance of these elbow pads. Not a very good experience. They say a picture is worth a 1,000 words so check these out. They can protect the elbow from a direct hit on small branches, but not slip on gravel or presumably a hard trail. You can see from the notch on my arm that the lining is split and turned so the seam is right at the elbow and cut inwards. So if you're looking for something to protect you from a bad fall, this isn't the best choice.
