These mounts are the same quality as the Renogy mounts but are about an inch larger and cheaper. 1st photo) shows the Renogy attached with VHB tape less than 1 inch from the roof and cannot be easily removed. Photo 2) shows this larger mount used with a Renogy mount held together with a 1.75" or 5cm stainless steel bolt/two nuts a little over 2" from the roof allowing more clearance / Allows drainage and airflow. Photo 3) shows two fasteners held together with a 1.75" bolt/two nuts (remove the panel by removing the top four nuts). Photo 4) shows one panel in position, secured with VHB tape and a second panel in place, ready for installation. Note: The bolt head has a silicone rubber bumper on the bolt head for extra grip for the extension brackets (just a precaution in snow loads). 1/4 screw hole in one of the brackets.
