Fiskars Medium Lever Punch Circle: This punch is very good. Super sharp and easy to use. However, for me it cuts too close to the edge to be useful. I wanted this for the filters in my mask. I enlarged the pieces holding them in place, so I had to drill slightly larger holes in them. But with the holes so close to the edge, it didn't do me any good. But FYI, this thing pierced through 10 layers of the filter with no problem! Also clean cut! (2 sides of the five-layer filter at the same time.) Good product. Restricted Use. (or maybe it's just my limited imagination.)
