Easy to create quote templates and send them out using our internal application or via PDF files. We have been able to reduce paper work by about 90%. The customer service has also improved greatly since we started using this software - it's very easy to talk to someone through chat who can find answers for your questions within minutes of asking. I wish that there was an option available to export all data from their database into one spreadsheet so we could do some analytics ourselves but otherwise love everything they've done thus far. We are trying to streamline our quoting process as well as remove the need for paperwork altogether.
