I like that it's easy for people who are not technically savvy or computer literate, since everything is done online through your web browser! It makes things much easier than having someone else do all of these services for you in person or via snail mail (which can be very difficult from time to time). There really isn't anything bad about this service; however there should probably also have more options available for those with limited internet access (especially if they're not using public wifi at their home/office.)
