I pulled a 4T shirt over another shirt she's wearing (3T) and saw it was almost the same. // In my photos I lined up the two shirts with the armpit fillet so it lines up properly. You can see the minimal difference between 3T and 4T. It just runs "smoothly", matching the sleeve design. // So, as a parent reading this, I suggest you buy two sizes larger as you anticipate you will only be wearing it for a season Light jacket, pre-summer or as a fall shirt under layers. Apart from the It's thin in size but the quality is excellent and incredibly soft. Think microfiber/jersey bedding 1 is soft. Hope this helps other parents. Hooray.
