Soft and stretchy around the neck gaiters
I have to be honest this is not for humans. I have a cat with an autoimmune disease and he scratches his neck terribly. I use various methods to control his scratching including covering his neck and torso and it helps! Stretchy enough to slip on, soft cotton fabric feels and lightweight. I think it would be nice to wear under a sweater.
