The ease of use! It's so easy to set up; it was super simple to get things working and have them integrated in our CRM (Salesforce). I had not used an app like this before but everything works perfectly right out of the box without any additional configuration needed. There are also many great add-on features that can be added as desired when you grow into more complex needs, however these may require some initial setup or training which isn't very intuitive - just make sure someone who knows what they're doing installs/configures those first otherwise there could potentially be issues down the road if something changes midstream. We were looking specifically for a way to manage phone calls coming from customers throughout their journeys through our sales funnel. This allows us to easily see where each customer started along their journey versus how far they got towards getting serviced by one particular team member within our organization.
