The ease of use! It's so easy to set up; it was super simple to get things working and have them integrated in our CRM (Salesforce). Easy to use software has made our work life easier. I dislike how there are different levels of employees within My Account meaning my supervisor’s account shows more than what should be shown. There needs to be an option for someone who may not have full access to make changes in their superviser accounts because they don’t know all that goes into it. I like how easy it makes it to receive guests or clients as well as track them through my day so far! It's very simple to use overall but there are some things that can be improved (like changing email addresses). Also, after adding the guest has arrived/left you have 30minutes before they show up in other areas of Ara which gets old if you want to make changes quickly.
