Review on Ara by Joe Fulce

Easy to use software has made our work life easier. I dislike how there are different levels of employees within My Account meaning my supervisor’s account shows more than what should be shown. There needs to be an option for someone who may not have full access to make changes in their superviser accounts because they don’t know all that goes into it. Also, sometimes the system gets stuck, making me spend time fixing it instead of working on other projects. We don’t have any complaints since we implemented Ara last year but if you do feel a problem or concern let us help you find a solution! Our main objective was solving access problems without having to resort to calling around. It really saved us time as well. It also lets people check in using RFID readers which keeps security high while being able to track every person with ease. It was easy to use as it has all of my information already in place from previous companies I have worked with. The system does not seem very secure so if you are looking for something that will keep things safe then this might be an issue but otherwise great! If someone wants to make sure they don't forget about them we used to set reminders through email and text messages which were helpful when there wasn't anyone around who could check off items or change their status.
