I will use them for amigurumi (crocheted stuffed animals). This is the first time I order safety eyes online. I usually buy black 6mm eyes from the store but wanted to try other colors. bigger noses are pretty cute. I found these to be much better than some of the others I've ordered where the textured bumps were very rough and the shape not very sharp. Eyes with colored pupils appear relatively uniform and centered. Some white backs are uneven. and will likely break when I put them on, but I think there are enough spares to cover that. I am very sure, that I'm missing 1 of the 7mm eyes in black. I had 31 black 6mm eyes and 31 black 8mm eyes and tried carefully to check that the 7mm eye wasn't there accidentally, but it's hard to tell. The biggest problems were with 12mm transparent eyes. Most of them have this distinct smeared line down the middle of the black part, as if the black didn't fill that part of the mold before the transparent was poured in. Maybe I can use them differently or crochet the eyelids over them. but it was disappointing. The Coloreds didn't seem to have as many faults, although they did. For example, if two shades of blue are shown (the color in my picture was incorrect), the left one is unacceptable because the flaws are clearly visible from the front. The one on the right, while imperfect, is acceptable because you have to look towards the eye to see it. I shorted out one of the 10mm Browns and only got 11 instead of 12. I think it's going to be really good. I have a cat that due to eye problems has one brown eye and the other green, so I can make him an amigurumi :) It should be noted that 10mm brown eyes are a different shade of brown than 12mm brown eyes. .
