Poor Products and Customer Service from DAYTECH

Review: I was eager to look around the DAYTECH online shop because I place a high value on convenience and security. However, I was disappointed and irritated by my encounter. The security camera I bought from DAYTECH required a lot of setup work and had poor picture quality. I was concerned about the protection of my house because the promised high-definition footage was anything but clear. The camera also frequently broke down, which only increased my worries. To solve the problems I was experiencing with the camera, I tried contacting DAYTECH's customer service, but I was met with unhelpful agents and protracted wait times. They were obviously not interested in finding a solution to my problems and were more focused on closing a deal than offering excellent customer service. Overall, based on my experience, I would not advise DAYTECH. I advise going elsewhere if you're looking for dependable and superior electronics and security solutions. Simply put, they fall short of the promises made on their website with their disappointing goods and subpar customer service.
