No shoe is suitable for all activities, but this one comes close. The neutral outsole makes it suitable for deads and squats without knee pain. If you wear chucks to lift weights, you're going to love them. I go to heavy pocket exercises and footwork. Best Buy and Under Armor did that for me. Well satisfied.
