They work very well, although I ordered cream they were very bright. I had no problems and even left them on for a whole week, they didn't get hot and are still very bright. I use them to create illumination behind me (also good) and they shine directly even though the curtain is blacked out. Edit with new image: I don't think I've ever turned them off other than the few times I leave them on all the time. also works behind my curtains and so far it's been almost a year or at least a year and they still haven't faded and they still haven't gone bad and honestly this is the best purchase I've ever had. 😊
