Bought this item for Christmas to take family group photos so I can be there. Setting up the bluetooth tripod was very easy. It tilts both up and down, it's easy to move around, and the Bluetooth works great. I was able to take pictures with my family and take great photos but after Christmas I used it again in January and put my iPad on it and when I tilted it the iPad holder part popped out, I use the same iPad for Christmas photos. As this part broke off, the tripod could be used. I called the company. They said I had a 30 day guarantee but they would give me a one time goodwill refund. They gave me a return label to send it back. I sent it back after UPS scanned it. Haven't received a refund yet, if I send the money back I'll let you all know.
