Flake is strong with this sun visor. I don't live in very hot places so I was surprised how this shade started to deteriorate within a few months. Yes, you'll be the envy of your nerd friends, and you'll get cool points from all the strangers in close proximity when you appear, but be careful. Once it starts falling apart, it doesn't stop. Mine started peeling off about 5 months after purchase and made my car so messy that I just threw it away. There is a desire to buy another one, but the quality leaves much to be desired. If you want to get A's from all the nerds then get this. If you want a sun visor that will last you better reach for the silver accordion you must have.
