Attractive but VERY POOR timer

I bought this timer for aesthetic reasons but really wanted a 20 minute timer. This looks great, but as someone else pointed out, NO 20 minute timer. Exactly, timer for 23 minutes and 47 seconds. VERY careless when it comes to selling timers. This should pass if you really want to use it as a timer.
